Advanced Situational Awareness Training
All people, events, and actions give off certain signals when they are measured against context, relevance, and the local societal baseline. These ‘signals’ can be read as ‘anomalies.’ Establishing a baseline, detecting (and then acting on) these anomalies is the essence of ASAT and a key tool to anticipate and avoid violent situations before they unfold.

ASAT IS A scientifically-validated training regimen delivering enhanced personal security
Orbis Operations delivers a cohesive, proactive and predictive methodology that greatly enhances one's ability to analyze an environment, establish a baseline, detect anomalies and predict human behavior in any context or location.

The ASAT Six Domains of Human Behavior
Kinesics means body language, by which one can determine whether a person is angry, sad, violent, deceitful, or in other emotional states that can be assessed at ANY observable distance, all of which help determine whether a situation is violent or dangerous.
Atmospherics consists of the sights, smells, tastes, and feel of an area. Atmospherics can include appearance of living spaces, dining facilities, recreational areas or even clothing. Atmospheric changes alone can indicate an impending attack.
Biometrics involves more than a computer or machine-generated image. It can include observable, measurable physiological signals given off by a terrorist attempting to hide within and among a workforce or the surrounding civilian population.
Applies across culture and geography, making the skills transferable and enduring
Heuristics makes use of things already known to develop a Tactical Shortcut that elicits just enough information to draw a reasonable conclusion. Heuristics helps point out the safe and focus on the dangerous so that individuals can proactively avoid areas of concern.
Geographics focuses on how terrain (and specifically Anchor Points and Habitual Areas) creates measurable patterns within an environment. Understanding how a threat uses (or is familiar with) the Geographics of an area to include production facilities, transit routes, etc. can help predict how, where and when he may strike.
Proxemics includes awareness of how Proximity Negates Skill, and how people interact with each other when they are in groups.
